The Porch is a beloved neighborhood joint with three current Arizona locations in Phoenix/Arcadia, Tempe, and Downtown Gilbert. We offer an energized work atmosphere that offers guests delicious meals, creative cocktails, amazing service, great happy hour deals, patio dining (future), weekend brunch, late night fun, and sports viewing. Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook delicious dishes according to our recipes and portion sizes
• Prep items as needed throughout the day
• Ensure food quality and presentation meets our high standards
• Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient and timely service
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a line cook or prep cook
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
• Passion for creating delicious meals and a strong attention to detail
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and day shifts
• Positive attitude and a team player mindset
