About the Role:
- Manage areas of responsibility to achieve high levels of quality outcomes based on guest feedback and online reviews.
- Ensure that all food and products meet our high standards and are prepared and served according to set guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant, practicing a "clean as you go" approach.
- Scheduling various front of the house team members
- Continually develop and train staff members, including new servers and hosts.
- Assist in making employment and termination decisions.
- Attend weekly manager meetings and positively impact team member morale.
- Administer prompt, fair, and consistent corrective action for any violations of company policies.
- Ensure proper handling of food to prevent foodborne illnesses.
- Interface regularly and professionally with guests, providing excellent customer service.
- Oversee music, lighting, entertainment, and games to enhance the guest experience.

Requirements:
- High school degree or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a similar or supervisory role in the food and beverage industry.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to market conditions and maintain high operational standards.
- Must be able to work Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights to manage our nightlife team and crowd.
