- Prepare and cook delicious dishes according to our recipes and portion sizes
- Prep items as needed throughout the day
- Ensure food quality and presentation meets our high standards
- Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient and timely service
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a line cook or prep cook
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
- Passion for creating delicious meals and a strong attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and day shifts
