About the Role
We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Cleaner/Janitor to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our guests and staff. This position plays a critical role in ensuring our facilities and grounds are well-maintained and organized.

What You’ll Do
- Maintain a clean and orderly facility, including floors, restrooms, windows, and common areas
- Perform heavy-duty and routine cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing, and sweeping
- Empty trash receptacles and restock restrooms with supplies
- Assist with basic maintenance and minor repairs as needed
- Ensure building security by checking and locking doors and monitoring safety protocols
- Move furniture, equipment, and supplies as required
- Report maintenance or repair needs to the Facility Director promptly
- Maintain cleaning equipment and request additional supplies when needed
- Proactively identify areas needing attention and take initiative to address them
What We’re Looking For
- Previous custodial or janitorial experience preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and sanitation procedures
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Good communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Reliable, proactive, and safety-conscious attitude
