Job Summary: Responsible for supervision, customer service and maintenance of 2nd floor fitness areas during evening hours. This includes assisting members, monitoring the cardio and weight floors, light maintenance of each space and equipment, along with policy enforcement and being an ambassador of the facility and programs.
Must be available 4-8 pm on Monday through Thursdays. Occasional weekends as needed. Shifts are 4-5 hours. Weekend flexibility.

Key Duties and Tasks:
- Responsible for supervising and monitoring the 2nd floor cardio, functional-fit area, weight room, track, and studio spaces.
- Ensure high quality 2nd floor experience by restocking of wipes, picking up weights, organizing, vacuuming.
- Assist members/guests with questions about the DLCCC, equipment, and proper use of the spaces.
- Enforce policy as needed to ensure a friendly and welcoming environment for all participants.
- Maintain and organize weight equipment as needed.
- Light cleaning duties for cardio and weight equipment to ensure safe use for members.
- Assist with setting up and completing equipment orientations.
- Act as an ambassador for the DLCCC – engage and walk around the facility to interact with members.
- Evaluate and report any equipment or maintenance issues as they arise to supervisor and Facility Director.
- Exercise judgment in potential conflicts with members; respond to emergency situations as needed.
- Model all DLCCC policies and attend all required trainings/meetings.
