Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor performance metrics to maintain top-tier brand performance
- Coach and mentor Team Leaders and Team Members
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Lead daily operations focused on efficiency and hospitality
- Resolve guest concerns promptly to uphold service standards
- Manage inventory effectively to minimize waste
- Foster a team-first environment by embodying Chick-fil-A’s Core Values
- Implement and model strategies that create meaningful guest experiences and build brand loyalty
- Monitor labor, sales, and service speed throughout the day and communicate performance insights with the team
Qualifications:
- Prior leadership or management experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong skills in shift management and team supervision
- Experience in performance coaching and handling disciplinary matters
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- ServSafe Certified (or willingness to obtain certification)
- Ability to remain calm and positive under pressure
- Reliable transportation and a passion for hospitality
