As a Team Leader, you will support the FOH or BOH team and ensure the restaurant is being led successfully.

Responsibilities:
- Prioritize guest service (serving, bagging, prepping, cooking etc. in a timely manner)
- Maintain cleanliness of your work area (kitchen, hospitality or drive-thru)
- Maintain labor and productivity goals
- Stock proactively throughout the shift and assist team as necessary
- Effectively manage and lead a team of people serving our guests while maintaining our operating standards to provide the best hospitality and guest experience.
- Assisting with catering and/or making deliveries
- Coaching, teaching and training team members on policies and procedures and creating a positive work environment for everyone.
- Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards
- Open and/or close the restaurant leading the shift as a key holder
- Demonstrate a passion for the business and managing the overall operations
Requirements
- Minimum 18+ years old
- Minimum of 1+ years of leadership experience managing teams, executing business plans, balancing food and labor costs
- Experience with developing talent, coaching, performance conversations, and progressive discipline
- Minimum of 1+ years’ experience in the quick service, hospitality, and customer care industry

- Must be willing and equipped to work outside
- Must be available to work a minimum of 5 days including Friday and Saturday, minimum of 40 hours a week to full-time
