Role Overview:
As a Car Wash Attendant, you’ll play a key role in ensuring top-notch service for our customers. This hybrid role offers flexibility—you may work in our detailing sector, providing professional cleaning and care for vehicles, or in customer service, assisting customers at the kiosk, selling memberships, and ensuring a smooth car wash experience.
Responsibilities:
Detailing Duties (If Assigned):
- Perform interior and exterior cleaning services, including vacuuming, wiping surfaces, and applying protective treatments.
- Use professional tools and products to deep-clean carpets, seats, and vehicle surfaces.
- Follow standard detailing procedures to ensure quality results and customer satisfaction.
- Inspect vehicles pre- and post-service to ensure detailing meets company standards.
Customer Service & Sales (If Assigned):
- Greet customers with a friendly attitude and assist them with selecting services.
- Operate kiosk systems and handle transactions efficiently.
- Promote and sell car wash memberships and additional services.
- Assist customers with any concerns, ensuring a positive experience.
General Duties:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas.
- Follow all safety and chemical handling procedures.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while providing high-quality service.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations throughout the day.
Work Experience & Education:
Experience preferred but not required—we provide training!
Prior experience in car detailing, automotive services, customer service, or sales is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet for extended periods.
Basic knowledge of automotive cleaning products (for detailing roles).
Sales or cash-handling experience is a plus (for customer service roles).
