Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily shop operations, including scheduling, inventory control, and workflow optimization.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and manage issue resolution effectively.
- Recruit, train, and motivate a talented team to achieve operational goals.
- Analyze shop financial reports to drive performance and profitability.

Qualifications and Skills:
- 2–5 years in the automotive service, retail, or quick-lube industry, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to resolve issues quickly.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
