Position Summary

The Company has tremendous opportunity to grow and expand our customer base through our current offerings as well as expanding into new verticals such as catering and ecommerce. We are looking for an energetic and driven leader with experience both executing and leading a high volume food & beverage retail establishment. This position will have a large impact in bringing our store and business to the next level.
Core Responsibilities
- Ensure your location is ready for all aspects of operations prior to each shift.
- Interact with staff and current and prospective customers to gain feedback for improvement.
- In collaboration with location leadership and staff, help oversee day-to-day store operations to ensure our customers are delighted and remain loyal to the business.
- Work along-side, and give direction to, store associates to ensure our walk-in and online customers receive a high-level of service and great customer experience.
- Support store management in maintaining a clean and ServSafe environment, maintaining and executing a daily side work and cleaning schedule for your location.
- In collaboration with leadership, help maintain labor and profitability benchmarks for this location.
- Support leadership with personnel leadership duties such as scheduling, interviewing and training.
- Being a “player & coach” jumping in to help staff and customers throughout your shifts
- Support leadership with inventory and purchasing as needed.
- Develop and maintain knowledge for all areas of the FOH & BOH including bakery, deli, market and catering services.
- Evaluate and make recommendations to leadership regarding potential investments, maintenance, marketing, staffing and catering business to ensure continued growth.
- Ensure stores are fully staffed and operational during business hours (10 AM – 8 PM, 7 days a week), maintaining smooth daily operations and team coverage.
- Other duties as required based on business needs.
Qualifications/Skills Required
- 2+ years of experience in a retail management or lead role, preferably in the food & beverage industry.
- 1+ years of experience leading and / or training associate level staff.
- Ability to travel to your assigned location with a reliable form of transportation.
- Current ServSafe certification strongly preferred.
- Ability to work between 40 & 50 hours per week and most weekends.
- Proven experience as a "working leader" our leaders are assigned to a station and work as a part of the customer facing team.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT
This position will be responsible for working inside and outside our retail locations. This environment is fast-paced and will require the individual to be moving on their feet for long periods of time during assigned shifts.
