The Regional Director is the link between organizational strategic initiatives and operational execution. The RD holds ultimate responsibility and domain over our service delivery standards and the people responsible for the day-to-day delivery, coordination, and management of those services. They are expected to take a big-picture perspective while adopting an action-oriented approach to achieving buy-in and progress toward initiatives.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Drive the implementation of new initiatives and protocols, as necessary, to advance organizational strategy and fulfill the Arosa mission.
- Proactively bring to light observed patterns in team performance, sentiment, and operational integrity
- Identify areas that need improvement or should be considered for process realignment
- Propose market development and growth initiatives that can be scaled within their regions and across the organization.
- Based on market needs and growth indicators, provide recommendations regarding the composition of the local teams.
- Continuously identify opportunities for team development into future positions and continuously sourcing for new team members that can bring leadership in growth stages.
- Establish specific growth and profitability plans for each area, develop actionable strategies with the local leaders, and hold the teams accountable for incremental milestones toward that growth.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree, Master's degree preferred or the equivalent in relevant experience
- 2+ years of management experience, preferably in a decentralized environment
- Experience in or knowledge in senior and/or healthcare related field will be a plus
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership skills
