Care Specialist

Essential Functions:
● Foster our mission: To attract, train, retain and treasure the best care
professionals
● Develop strong relationships with caregivers
● Strive to be care professional’s primary employer via consistent scheduling
and maximizing hours
● Work with Care Managers to effectively match care professionals and clients
based on skills and mutual interests
● Boost employee retention with company-wide strategic initiatives
● Recruit, Screen, Interview, Onboard new teammates
● Build pipelines of prospective candidates through professional networks, and
targeted community outreach and recruitment events
● Assure successful completion of initial and annual training requirements
● On-Call outside of regular business hours to support clients, caregivers, and
the business

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:.
● Customer service experience
● Positive attitude with team-player mindset
● High School diploma or equivalent
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● PC literacy
● Live Scan - California
