Sr. Care Specialist

Job Purpose or Summary

In alignment with our company mission, vision and values, the Senior Care Specialist is responsible for retaining our in-home care professionals via tailored matching with clients, consistent outreach to build strong relationships, and regular collection of feedback to increase and maintain high job satisfaction. The accomplishment of this task includes recruiting, hiring and onboarding new care professionals. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Foster our mission: To attract, train, retain and treasure the best care professionals 
• Manage Care Specialists by provide guidance and oversight with scheduling, recruitment, and retention
• Develop strong relationships with caregivers 
• Strive to be care professional’s primary employer via consistent scheduling and maximizing hours 
• Work with Care Managers to effectively match care professionals and clients based on skills and mutual interests 
• Boost employee retention with company-wide strategic initiatives 
• Recruit, Screen, Interview, Onboard new teammates 
• Build pipelines of prospective candidates through professional networks, and targeted community outreach and recruitment events 
• Assure successful completion of initial and annual training requirements
