Job Purpose or Summary
In alignment with company mission, vision, and values, the Recruiter supports People Operations teams with sourcing and recruiting new
office teammates.
Essential Functions:
● Foster our mission: To attract, train, retain and treasure the best care professionals
● Build pipelines of prospective candidates through professional networks and targeted
community outreach.
● Create candidate profiles defining the characteristics, qualities, and traits of the ideal
candidate and update as we refine our recruitment process.
● Track how hired teammates compare to ideal candidate profile.
● Other duties as assigned
Supervisory Responsibilities
● This job does not have supervisory responsibilities.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
● 2-4 years recruiting experience in full life-cycle environment, including management
of multiple high-volume roles simultaneously
● Familiarity with relevant employment law
● Project management, analytical and communication skills
● Positive attitude with team-player mindset
● Bachelor’s degree preferred
