This position is 10am to 2pm or 4pm to 8pm.
Our Host/Hostess' are the welcoming face of Chick-fil-A. Our Hosting team loves working with people and creating REMARKable experiences for all who come in contact with them. The requirements for this job are;
- must be kind and easy-going.
- personable, engaging, and able to initiate conversation.
- Participate operationally in day-to-day activities in a high-volume fast-paced restaurant.
- Offer immediate/respectful response to Guest's needs.
- Must be consistent and reliable.
- Able to share the operator's vision
- Demonstrate loyalty, integrity, motivation, trustworthiness, dependability, & professionalism.
- Value teamwork and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Strong interpersonal skills and genuinely enjoy serving and helping others
- Must be able to help clear and clean tables and trash
Applicants will also be expected to be able to work on their feet for several hours at a time and on occasion asked to work outside.
