We are currently seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Director to lead our local marketing initiatives and represent our brand in the community.
Position Overview
As a Marketing Director at a high-volume, $10 million+ free-standing Chick-fil-A location, you will be responsible for creating and executing a comprehensive local marketing strategy that drives guest engagement, builds brand awareness, and increases restaurant sales. This position offers direct access to Chick-fil-A corporate marketing resources, training, and national campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute local store marketing (LSM) strategies to drive brand awareness and customer traffic
- Plan, promote, and oversee community events, sponsorships, and partnerships
- Create content and manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Analyze campaign performance using key marketing metrics and adjust strategy as needed
- Collaborate with the Operator and leadership team to align marketing goals with business objectives
- Manage marketing budget and track return on investment (ROI)
- Represent the Chick-fil-A brand in a professional, consistent, and community-focused manner
- Utilize corporate-provided marketing materials, toolkits, and training programs
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1+ year of marketing experience (restaurant, retail, or hospitality industry preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management and organizational abilities
- Proficient in using social media platforms and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark)
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Passionate about the Chick-fil-A brand and aligned with its values
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with event planning, public relations, or community engagement
- Basic knowledge of graphic design, email marketing platforms
- Familiarity with local marketing strategy in the quick-service restaurant (QSR) industry
