We are currently seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Director to lead our local marketing initiatives and represent our brand in the community.


Position Overview

As a Marketing Director at a high-volume, $10 million+ free-standing Chick-fil-A location, you will be responsible for creating and executing a comprehensive local marketing strategy that drives guest engagement, builds brand awareness, and increases restaurant sales. This position offers direct access to Chick-fil-A corporate marketing resources, training, and national campaigns.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute local store marketing (LSM) strategies to drive brand awareness and customer traffic
  • Plan, promote, and oversee community events, sponsorships, and partnerships
  • Create content and manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
  • Analyze campaign performance using key marketing metrics and adjust strategy as needed
  • Collaborate with the Operator and leadership team to align marketing goals with business objectives
  • Manage marketing budget and track return on investment (ROI)
  • Represent the Chick-fil-A brand in a professional, consistent, and community-focused manner
  • Utilize corporate-provided marketing materials, toolkits, and training programs


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in MarketingCommunicationsBusiness, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1+ year of marketing experience (restaurant, retail, or hospitality industry preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities
  • Proficient in using social media platforms and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark)
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Passionate about the Chick-fil-A brand and aligned with its values


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with event planningpublic relations, or community engagement
  • Basic knowledge of graphic designemail marketing platforms
  • Familiarity with local marketing strategy in the quick-service restaurant (QSR) industry
