Specific Skills Required
- Ability to establish priorities and work independently
- Effective problem-solving skills for customer and employee issues
- Proficient in using computers and software (Word/Excel)
- Ability to handle stress in high-volume operations
Job Responsibilities
- Manage a staff of approximately 3 to 15 employees
- Provide on-the-job training for new team members
- Ensure fast, accurate sandwich preparation and world-class customer service
- Assist with daily food preparation and maintain restaurant efficiency
- Complete opening and closing procedures while maintaining cash drawer integrity
- Display a positive and enthusiastic approach to all tasks
Requirements:
- Eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Meet age and experience criteria
- Willingness to work overtime, holidays, and weekends
- Ability to lift 30-40 lbs. regularly
- Mobility in walk-in refrigerator and freezer
