We are currently seeking a certified Special Education Teacher to join our existing team of friendly teachers and learning coaches. We are a growing school who specialize in providing individualized instruction for each student. Knowledge, skills, and abilities (includes but not limited to):

• Provide direct or virtual services based on the students' individualized needs and educational plan, goals, and objectives.
• Develop and implement lesson plans, annual education plans, quarterly progress reports, behavior plans, and incident reports.
• Provide ongoing data collection and assessment reporting.
• Develop and maintain professional relationship with parents/caregivers through daily communication along with students, staff, and administrators.
• Provide supervision and direction to classroom learning coaches.
• Demonstrate knowledge of related subject matter, behavior intervention techniques, specialized curriculum, and resource materials.
• Work collaboratively with learning coaches, administrators, and therapists to ensure mastery level success for each individual student.
• Physically able to assist in behavior management, physical transports, and lifting as needed to help meet student limitations and ensure safety of students.
