We're excited to bring Culver's to Sugarcreek, and we're looking for dependable, energetic, and hardworking individuals to join our Evening and Closing Team!

At Culver's, every shift plays an important role in delivering great food and genuine hospitality. Our evening and closing team members have the added responsibility of making sure we finish each day strong while preparing the restaurant for a successful start the following morning.

What You'll Do

As an Evening or Closing Team Member, you'll help deliver the Culver's experience our guests know and love while ensuring the restaurant is clean, organized, and ready for the next day.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Welcome guests with genuine hospitality and provide friendly, personalized service.
• Prepare and serve our famous ButterBurgers, Fresh Frozen Custard, and other menu favorites while maintaining Culver's quality standards.
• Take guest orders accurately and efficiently at the front counter or drive-thru.
• Work alongside your teammates to provide fast, friendly, and accurate service throughout the evening.
• Maintain clean, stocked, and organized workstations throughout your shift.
• Assist with evening cleaning, restocking, and preparation for the following day.
• Properly clean, sanitize, and shut down kitchen equipment, custard machines, and other restaurant stations according to established procedures.
• Clean and organize the dining room, kitchen, drive-thru, and other restaurant areas.
• Complete assigned closing checklists and ensure all responsibilities are finished accurately and thoroughly.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and restaurant operating procedures.
• Support fellow team members to ensure a smooth and efficient closing process.

Evening & Closing Shift Availability

We're especially interested in candidates who have afternoon, evening, and late-night availability.

• Afternoon and evening shifts available.
• Closing shifts will extend past 11:00 PM to allow sufficient time to properly clean, organize, and prepare the restaurant for the following day.
• Weekday and weekend opportunities available.
• Weekend availability is strongly preferred.
• Full-time and part-time positions available.

Important: Applicants interested in closing shifts must be comfortable working beyond 11:00 PM and staying until assigned closing responsibilities are completed.

Pay & Benefits
