Schedule: Early Morning / Daytime | Full-Time & Part-Time

Availability: Must be available to start between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM, including weekends.

We're excited to bring Culver's to Sugarcreek, and we're looking for dependable, hardworking, and motivated individuals to help us start each day off right!

We're currently hiring Morning Opening Team Members who enjoy getting an early start, take pride in their work, and understand the importance of teamwork.

As a Morning Opening Team Member, you'll play an essential role in getting our restaurant ready to welcome guests each day. From preparing equipment and setting up the dining room to ensuring everything is clean, stocked, and ready for business, you'll help set the tone for a successful day.

What You'll Do

• Arrive early to help prepare the restaurant for opening.
• Turn on and prepare restaurant equipment, including grills, fryers, toasters, custard machines, and other equipment as assigned, following proper safety procedures.
• Set up the dining room, including arranging tables and chairs, preparing beverage and condiment stations, and ensuring guest areas are clean and welcoming.
• Stock and organize workstations with the products, supplies, and ingredients needed for the day.
• Assist with morning food preparation and ensure products are ready for service.
• Complete opening checklists and ensure all assigned tasks are finished accurately and on time.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness, organization, and proper food safety standards.
• Work alongside managers and fellow team members to ensure the restaurant is fully prepared before guests arrive.
• Assist with food preparation and delivering friendly, quality guest service once the restaurant opens.
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support daily restaurant operations.

Pay & Benefits

Starting at $18.00 per hour, with higher starting wages available based on experience!

• Early morning availability, with the ability to begin shifts between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM.

• The ability to work independently while also contributing to a team.
• Attention to detail and pride in keeping a clean, organized restaurant.
• The ability to follow food safety procedures and operate restaurant equipment safely.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous restaurant or opening-shift experience is a plus, but not required. We're happy to train the right people!
