Culver’s is looking for a Porter!
Every day, our porters hustle to set an excellent Culver’s experience in motion. They open the
doors each morning and ensure our restaurants and equipment are in tip-top condition. Keep
our kitchens stocked with safe, fresh ingredients that meet our high quality standards. Basically,
porters keep our entire operation running smoothly for guests and team, so we can deliver a
dining experience unlike any other.
Overview:
- Provide superior maintenance to interior and exterior of restaurant timely and accurately
- Complete daily, weekly and monthly jobs timely and accurately
- Can perform minor maintenance tasks on a regular basis
- Maintain the appearance of the building exterior and grounds effectively, including landscaping and snow removal
- Put food order away accurately, rotate stock in cooler, freezer and dry storage area using the First In-First Out method while monitoring shelf life and code dates
- Maintain a basic working knowledge of the operation of all the equipment in the restaurant
- Complete scheduled maintenance on all restaurant equipment safely and correctly

Qualifications:
• Able to travel- This location is not yet open and all training will be at our West Carrollton location at 1100 E Dixie Dr, West Carrollton, OH 45449
- Early morning availability- Shifts begin at 6:00 am

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
The physical demands described here are representative of those to be met by a team member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job:
• Move items weighing up to 100 pounds for various needs
• Possess manual dexterity for assembly and maintenance tasks
• Able to reach, bend, push, pull and/or stretch body to grab or move items
• Remain in a standing position for 4 or more hours at a time
• Work both indoors and outdoors each up to 50% of the time
• Climb up and down a ladder to a height of 25 feet
• Able to use various kitchen equipment such as deep fryers, grills, toasters, etc.
• Frequent exposure to cold temperatures from coolers and freezers, as well as heat from cooking equipment
• Frequent exposure to weather conditions such as heat, cold, rain, snow and wind
• Able to see, read, and comprehend a variety of written or displayed media
