Now hiring Fine Dining Server(s) for OLEA, Mediterranean Chop House- opening April in the private community of Williams Island, Aventura. In the role, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a high-end dining environment, taking orders, serving food and beverages with precision, and ensuring a memorable experience for every guest, requiring in-depth menu and wine knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Interaction & Service:
- Greet guests warmly.
- Anticipate guests' needs and provide attentive service.
- Answer menu questions accurately and confidently, including describing dishes and preparation methods.
- Offer expert beverage recommendations, especially wine pairings.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, or issues promptly and professionally.
- Order Taking & Service:
- Accurately take food and beverage orders.
- Communicate orders to the kitchen accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages with proper presentation and timing.
- Ensure proper plating and presentation before serving dishes.
- Monitor guests during meals to ensure satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
- Table Management:
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of tables and dining areas.
- Clean tables, clear dishes, and refill drinks efficiently.
- Pre-set tables for future service.
- Knowledge & Skills:
- Possess in-depth knowledge of the menu, including ingredients and preparation methods.
- Demonstrate proficiency in wine and beverage service.
- Be knowledgeable about restaurant etiquette and standards of service.
- Other Duties:
- Assist with opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
- Work cooperatively with other staff members.
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines.

- Experience: Proven experience in fine dining or high-end restaurant environments.
