Williams Island Club is seeking an experienced, service-driven Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations within our dynamic food and beverage outlets. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a passion for hospitality, team development, and delivering exceptional member experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise front-of-house restaurant operations.
- Ensure exceptional service standards and member satisfaction.
- Train, coach, and develop service staff.
- Manage scheduling, labor costs, and daily staffing needs.
- Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service execution.
- Collaborate with culinary and leadership teams to execute special events and club programming.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with all company standards.
- Assist with inventory controls, ordering, and operational reporting.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, member-focused environment.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
