Coordinator/Manager Responsibilities
- Ability to lead shifts in both FOH and BOH
- Engagement and participation in day to day operations in a high volume, fast paced restaurant
- Create a great experience for guests and team members
- Set the tone for the business through consistent attitude and effort
- Work well with fellow leaders and team members in pursuing operational excellence
- Availability to open or close, lead shifts, key holder
- Money management – count drawers, finalize day
- Strong communication skills
Qualifications and Requirements
- At least 18 years of age upon hire date
- Ability to connect with guests and team members effectively
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Strong commitment to serving guests and team member effectively
- Ability to lead self and others, including coaching team members
- Prior leadership experience is preferred but not required
