$500 Hiring Bonus- eligible after 90 days of employment
Client: Female|double amputee|Assist with ADLs|light housekeeping|cats/birdss|transportation
Shifts: Weekdays 5:30P-7:30A and Weekends 8A-8P/8P-8A
Client: Male/Parkinson's/assist with ADLs
Shifts: Weekdays 5:30P-7:30A and Weekends 8A-8P/8P-8A
Client: Male|Myasthenia Gravis| no pets|no smoking | has blood infusions needs transportation |assist w/meal prep - breakfast / lunch / something to heat up for later | hard of hearing
Shifts: 1-2X a week 4 hrs each (10a-2p) time - flexible with days and times
Client: 10yo boy|Down's|Feeding Tube|Leg Braces
Shifts: M-F 7:30A- 9:30A and 3P-5P
$19-$22/hour

Job Description:
CNA's/HHA's provide service to individuals in their own homes and communities who need assistance caring for themselves as a result of old age, sickness, disability, and/or other afflictions.
Home care may include:
· hands-on care
· light housecleaning
· laundry
· meal preparation
· transportation
· companionship
· household activities.
CNA's/HHA's are responsible for ensuring that services are delivered in a caring and respectful manner, in accordance with relevant agency policies and industry standards.
Requirements:
Must have a valid driver's license and have proof of insurance.
Pass a state background check.
Pass a drug screening test.
