We are currently seeking full time employment for an excited and motivated assistant manager to join our growing team. This position is responsible for training, coaching, and managing a passionate team of sales people.

- Operate a cash register, manage financial transactions, and properly balance the drawer
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Kneel, stoop, bend over, pick up, and carry boxes up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to sign for and receive age-restricted inventory that requires 21+ signature
- 35-40 hours per week
- Reliable transportation
Responsibilities:
- Consult with customers, perform transactions following Turning Leaf Proven Process Steps,
- Train in new team members and assist with delivering ongoing training,
- Clean, organize, and maintain a professional presentation of the store in accordance with Turning Leaf standards and practices,
- Complete Global Organic Distro and Smokeless orders weekly/bi-weekly to meet demand needs,
- Complete accurate inventory counts,
- Organize, complete, and summit store Monthly Packet contents,
- Engage in marketing efforts in the community
