We are looking to add an excited, motivated, and committed leader to our team! We are currently seeking full time employment for an assistant manager at our Grand Forks location.

This position is responsible for training, coaching, and managing a passionate team of sales people.

Requirements:

• Exceptional communication skills
• Ability to work with a group of diverse people
• Maintain a professional appearance
• Lead by example, demonstrate company core values
• Able to read, write, and perform basic math
• Operate a cash register, manage financial transactions, and properly balance the drawer
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Kneel, stoop, bend over, pick up, and carry boxes up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to sign for and receive age-restricted inventory that requires 21+ signature
• 35-40 hours per week
• Reliable transportation

Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and maintain accountability among team members

• Interact with customers, perform transactions, positively represent Turning Leaf and the brands within Turning Leaf

• Train and develop new hires and team members

• Maintain high-standard cleanliness, organization and presentation of the store

• Complete orders weekly to meet demand needs

• Complete inventory counts and report accurate variances

• Organize, complete, and submit store monthly packet contents

• Engage in marketing efforts in the community
