We are looking for someone to join our small but mighty lab team. We work in a fun, collaborative, diverse, adventurous, and open-minded environment. We look for proactive, accountable

Role Responsibilities:
- Stand and sit for long periods while focusing on repetitive, detail-oriented tasks such as filling, labeling, and trimming.
- Monitor product quality and effectively report problems,
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment,
- Operate with integrity and honesty,
- Work independently and as a team member,
- Follow good manufacturing practices and work-safe practices,
- Assure daily compliance with company policies, including, but not limited to, state/local regulation compliance, security protocols, access protocols, dress code, and work schedules,
- Report to Warehouse Management Team, and
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
- Be 21+ years of age.
- Candidate must be a self-starter, able to work and thrive in a fast-paced, organized, and positive manner.
- Desire to continuously learn, grow, and improve workflow.
- Good time management skills.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency while trimming and weighing products.
- Ability to stand on feet or sit for extended periods.
- Ability to use repetitive use of hands, wrists, and forearms.
- Ability to focus on a task for extended periods.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Basic weights and measurement skills with the ability to operate a scale.
- Ability to lift, push and slide packages that typically weigh up to 50 lbs. and may weigh up to 70 lbs.
