The Graphic Designer creates, manages and develops large, highly visible marketing collateral, advertising, and brand promotional materials, including in-store graphics, direct mail, and Out of Home (OOH). This position delivers consistent quality, accurately reflecting the brand standards.
This is a full-time, in-office position in our Wichita, Kansas Support and Innovation Center.
Specific Responsibilities
- Creates inspiring, strategic, and innovative ideas and presents creative solutions to ensure design meets the business objectives and remains on-brand.
- Controls the layout, visual appearance, and usability of creative solutions to ensure alignment with the creative brief and target market.
- Collaborates with the marketing team and advertising partners to develop and implement design solutions and to ensure successful representation of the brand across media outlets.
- Manages the timing, integrity, and quality of deliverables for multiple projects. simultaneously from inception through the creative process to the execution of all materials.
- Develops branding elements, including digital, outdoor, print, social media, collateral and promotional materials, and in-store signage from concept to pre-press to production.
- Ensures print production files are completed, saved, and corrected for production.
- Responsible for managing day-to-day relationship with printing partner.
- Assists with photo shoots, location visits, and other stages of the creative development or production process as needed.
- Manages and leads DAM including uploading, organizing, archiving and file sharing.
- Acts as an ambassador for the brand.
- Other responsibilities as required.
Desired Skills & Proficiencies
- Bachelor’s degree in design or similar or equivalent professional experience.
- A minimum of five (5) years in (graphic) design.
- Strong portfolio of visual work, with excellent design and typography skills.
- Ability to collaborate and take direction.
- Knowledge of broadcast standards, post-production processes, and digital/social best practices.
- Extremely organized and able to work in a fast-paced work environment with shifting deadlines and priorities.
- Proficient in Adobe Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects. Figma, Sketch, and HTML5 a plus.

- Travel by airline and/or automobile as needed.
- Be available a variety of hours that may include evenings, nights and weekends.
