Dishes/ Floor Cleaning/ Utility Responsibilities:
- Maintaining the organization of our inventory
- Utility work such as dishes, compacting cardboard, and changing trash
- Keep the kitchen clean, stocked, and well maintained
- Occasional kitchen tasks
- Deep cleaning and equipment maintenance
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members, leaders, and guests
- Work with the mindset of helping our team get better every day
- Responsible for floor cleaning after close
