European Wax Center Allentown - Airport Road location is currently seeking a Lead Sales Associate with passion, determination and a commitment to excellence.

• Ability to work 28-35 hours per week

• Ability to work nights and weekends

• A positive, friendly, upbeat and personable demeanor

• A professional appearance at all times

• Ability to work in a fun, fast-paced environment

• Ability to work flexible days and hours

• Sales experience is required!

• Ability to help coach other associates in sales techniques to archive individual and group goals

• Desire to build genuine relationships with guests

• Passion to support and represent the EWC values

• Must be able to meet and exceed metrics provided by the business and it's franchisee
