Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a pipeline of warehouse, distribution, and fulfillment accounts using your existing relationships
- Conduct discovery, site walks, and needs assessments on large facilities (up to 500,000 sq ft)
- Create winning proposals based on value, not just price, using our pricing model and margin guidelines
- Present our innovative robotics and systems advantage to facility directors, site GMs, procurement teams, and IFM partners
- Coordinate smooth hand-offs to operations ensuring timely and fully staffed account startups
- Maintain client relationships post-sale with quarterly reviews, escalations, and site expansions
- Keep CRM data current and report pipeline progress weekly
What You Bring
- 5+ years selling recurring commercial janitorial or facility-services contracts
- Active decision-maker relationships in warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment sectors within your territory
- Proven success signing and retaining large multi-site or high-square-footage accounts
- Strong understanding of janitorial pricing, labor models, and margins
- Residence in Dallas-Fort Worth or Northeast Pennsylvania with a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Willingness to disclose any non-compete or non-solicit agreements during the hiring process
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with logistics or fulfillment network accounts (national or multi-site)
- Hospital or healthcare EVS relationships and experience
- Existing connections with Veritiv representatives
- Background in selling technology-enabled or robotic cleaning solutions
