- Afternoon and Evening Shifts: 11 AM - 7 PM, 2 PM - 10 PM, 3 PM - 10 PM, 3 PM - 8 PM, 5 PM - 10 PM

Chick-fil-A Nighttime Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:
Team Members are responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for everyone they serve each day and for ensuring all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A service and food.
- Smile
- Create and maintain eye contact
- Speak enthusiastically
- Make emotional connections with guests
- Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
- Learn all details for the lunch and dinner menu
- Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
- Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
- Work on their feet for several hours at a time
- Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
- Other duties as assigned
