SERVPRO of Coeur d'Alene is seeking a talented and motivated Water Restoration Supervisor to join our team. As a Restoration Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in coordinating, overseeing, and performing restoration processes to ensure quality control and customer satisfaction. Primary Responsibilities:

• Coordinate, oversee, and perform restoration processes as scheduled and ensure quality control
• Manage the customer and client experience and overall project satisfaction
• Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities
• Thoroughly document restoration projects and support the services provided
• Manage labor, equipment, and supply usage on assigned projects
• Communicate progress, problems, and important updates with internal team members
• Verify all safety protocols are established and followed for workplace safety
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly vehicle and equipment maintenance, as assigned
• Coach and train restoration technicians

We offer flexible scheduling options:

Shifts are four 10-hour days: Monday to Thursday or Tuesday to Friday

Position Requirements:

• Effective oral communication skills
• Basic math skills
• At least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction preferred
• High school diploma/GED
• IICRC certifications preferred
• Ability to wear full PPE
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
• Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
• Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals
• Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
