Field Service Specialist (Hands-On / General Labor)
Are you a "finisher" who takes pride in a job well done? We are looking for hardworking, reliable individuals to join our field operations team. This is a hands-on role where you will support specialized property projects including site preparation, demolition, and equipment setup.
The Role: What You’ll Do
- Active Field Work: Perform demolition, debris removal, and setup of specialized equipment.
- Precision Cleaning: Use advanced equipment for vacuuming, disinfecting, and surface cleaning.
- Site Preparation: Move and protect furniture and prep spaces for technical work.
- Project Support: Follow detailed instructions and provide regular updates to your supervisor.
- Maintenance: Load and unload tools daily while keeping vehicles and equipment organized.

Requirements
- License: Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Physicality: Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in tight spaces.
- Reliability: Must pass a background check and participate in a rotating on-call schedule.
- Background: Experience in labor, construction, or cleaning is preferred but not required—we provide training!
