We are hiring Restoration Technicians to support water, fire, and mold mitigation projects. This is a hands‑on role focused on physical labor, jobsite preparation, demolition, cleaning, and equipment setup. If you’re reliable, willing to learn, and comfortable with fast‑paced work, this is a strong entry point into the restoration industry.

Key Responsibilities
Hands-On Mitigation Work
• Perform water extraction, demolition, and debris removal
• Set up, run, and remove drying equipment
• Protect contents, establish containment, and maintain jobsite safety
Cleaning & Site Preparation
• HEPA vacuuming, surface cleaning, and disinfecting
• Prep spaces for demolition or drying
• Move, block, and protect furniture
Equipment & Vehicle Maintenance
• Load/unload tools and equipment daily
• Clean, organize, and maintain equipment and vehicles
Team & Supervisor Support
• Follow instructions and complete assigned tasks promptly
• Communicate job progress or issues to the supervisor
Documentation (Basic)
• Take photos when requested
• Report readings or observations through a mobile app

Qualifications
Required
• Valid driver’s license
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in tight spaces
• Pass background check
• Participate in on-call rotation
Preferred
• Experience in labor, construction, cleaning, or restoration
• Ability to use basic tools
• Comfortable with smartphones/tablets
• IICRC certifications a plus (training available)
