All new hires in the Front of House (FOH) will begin with a customized training schedule. The goal of basic FOH training is to provide staff with an understanding of all of our customer-facing roles and to provide a solid skillset before training in other areas of the restaurant. After basic training is completed, trainees have the opportunity to train in different parts of the store that they are interested in, including the espresso bar, front register, and retail operations.
