What You’ll Do
- Lead all facets of store operations with an ownership mindset
- Build a team culture rooted in hospitality, clarity, and accountability
- Set daily service expectations and ensure a consistently excellent guest experience
- Manage scheduling, ordering, inventory, payroll, and other key admin systems
- Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, and team development
- Collaborate with FOH/BOH managers to maintain safety, flow, and standards
- Execute store financials with support from the executive team
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, communication, and systems
- Lead from the floor—modeling poise, urgency, and humility at every service
What You’ll Bring
- At least 2 years of experience in a high-volume restaurant GM or AGM role
- Ability to coach, challenge, and support team members with consistency
- Strong business acumen and attention to detail in scheduling, COGs, and labor
- Calm, confident leadership style with excellent communication skills
- A growth mindset—you’re comfortable with structure, but not afraid to evolve it
- Availability for early mornings and occasional cross-store support
- Comfort working on your feet and lifting 50+ lbs as needed
