Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly, and efficiently
- Stock kitchen inventory and maintain cleanliness
- Stay up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code
- Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Consistent, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Cheerful, positive attitude and loves serving others
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
- Able to multi-task and work well independently and in a team
- Flexible schedule availability
- Ability to lift and carry 60 lbs and stand for long periods
