Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:
- Arrive to work on time and follow all Chick-fil-A rules and dress codes.
- Make connections with guests.
- Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable.
- Work with a sense of urgency.
- Learn menu and assignments for all front of house stations, including dining room and restroom cleaning procedures, register, IPOS, desserts, etc.
- Keep the front of house (including parking lot, dining room, restroom, patio, drive-thru) clean, organized, and stocked.
- Complete opening and closing tasks as assigned – and other duties as assigned.
- Learn and stay up to date on menu items, procedures, and training.
- Follow Leadership direction, report maintenance issues to leaders, and be a team player!
