Responsibilities Include:
- Setting an example of servant leadership.

- Maintaining the restaurant's speed of service goals.
- Leading team members to keep workstations clean at all times.
- Handling cash and executing proper security and cash control procedures, holding cashiers accountable.
- Ensuring the cleanliness of the dining room, restroom, parking lot, kitchen, and overall facility.
- Addressing guest issues and consulting with Directors on complex matters.
- Maintaining positive working relationships and treating all employees with respect, while providing direction and feedback.
- Communicating employee performance and policy/procedure violations to leadership.
- Performing any of the above tasks as needed throughout the shift.

Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Previous leadership experience, specifically as a shift leader at Chick-fil-A or other quick-service restaurants, is required.
- Availability to either open or close the restaurant.
- Team-oriented, friendly, and honest.
- Has a sense of urgency and personal responsibility.
- Possesses great customer skills, a teachable spirit, grit and a readiness to grow and help others succeed.
