Position Overview:
This unique role combines the responsibilities of a Float Manager, providing essential support across multiple locations, and a New Manager Trainer, sharing your knowledge and expertise with future leaders. You will begin as a Float Manager, mastering our operational procedures and demonstrating exceptional leadership skills. Upon successful completion of your training and demonstrating proficiency, you will transition into the role of a New Manager Trainer.
Responsibilities:
Float Manager:
- Provide operational support across multiple Smoothie King locations as needed.
- Fill in for absent managers, ensuring smooth and efficient store operations.
- Maintain consistent adherence to Smoothie King standards for product quality, customer service, and cleanliness.
- Assist with inventory management, ordering, and stock rotation.
- Train and coach team members on operational procedures and customer service best practices.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Provide feedback to store managers and district management regarding store performance.
New Manager Trainer:
- Conduct comprehensive training programs for new store managers.
- Educate new managers on Smoothie King operational procedures, policies, and standards.
- Provide hands-on training on POS systems, inventory management, and other essential tools.
- Coach new managers on leadership skills, team management, and customer service strategies.
- Monitor new manager progress and provide ongoing support and feedback.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements.
- Maintain accurate training records and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a management or leadership role within the food service industry preferred.
- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and training skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Flexibility to travel between multiple locations.
