Team Member

Rate of pay$13.5 - 15 per hour
This location begins hiring at 15 years old.

We are hiring for both the front of the house and back of the house team members.


All team members will be expected to do the following:

  • Greet every guest with a smile and great customer service.
  • Treat our guests and our fellow team members with Honor, Dignity, and Respect.
  • Serve our guests with a sense of urgency.
  • To be punctual and have open communication with management.
  • Be attentive and courteous to any guest that we serve or will serve.
  • Ensure the environment around them stays clean and continue to keep a cleanliness mindset throughout their shift.
  • Restock items that are needed throughout the day.
  • Open or Close in a particular area (pending availability)

Team members in the front of the house are expected to serve the guests in the following ways:

  • Taking orders on the register.
  • Bag each order to deliver to the customer.
  • Delivering orders to our customers inside and to our curbside area.
  • Preparing sauces and drinks for online orders.
  • Prepare desserts and specialty drinks for customers.

Team members in the back of the house are expected to serve the guests in the following ways:

  • Bread and cook chicken.
  • Prepare sandwiches, nuggets, and strips.
  • Prepare salads, wraps, and other cold items.
  • Cook and prepare waffle potato fries.
