Chief Leadership Officer
The Chief Leadership Officer (CLO) will work closely with the owner/operator to ensure the vision is executed to the highest level. The President will focus on the growth and development of the Executive Committee. The CLO will act as a consultant for the business and guide the decisions of the executive leaders. The President holds responsibility for the store’s performance in every aspect.
- Oversees all operations and ensures stores overall success.
- Steward all IPO/FCR categories.
- Coach executive committee on areas of opportunity.
- Meet weekly with the executive committee to ensure alignment for weekly goals, tasks and development opportunities.
- Meet monthly with the executive committee to align goals, tasks and development opportunities.
- Conduct leadership development classes.
- Serve as an advisor to the executive committee.
- Aide in labor/productivity management
- Aide in growth of sales
- Aide in growth of CEM scores
- Aide in cost management
- Aide in food safety and Deloitte success
- Provide ideas and feedback in all areas of the business.
- Ensure all K Arnold Inc. standards and policies are being upheld.
- Address any high-level financial concerns.
- Handle employee payroll.
- Monitor and manage employee pay rates as needed.
- Invest in staff development.
- Set weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly goals for the executive committee.
- Utilize the executive committee to communicate goals to leadership .
- Assist in hiring as necessary.
- Coach and engage the executive committee on results and areas of opportunity.
