Morning Truck & Kitchen Team Member (5:00 AM – 2:00 PM)
Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Team Member to join our morning kitchen crew at Chick-fil-A Maumee. This position plays a critical role in starting the day successfully by receiving and organizing truck deliveries before transitioning into kitchen operations for the breakfast and lunch shift.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fast-paced work, staying organized, and being part of a high-performing team.
Schedule
- 5 days per week
- Shift: 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Preferably Tuesdays off
Primary Responsibilities
5:00 AM – 7:00 AM: Truck & Inventory
- Receive and unload morning truck deliveries
- Organize and stock inventory in designated storage areas
- Rotate product using FIFO procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas
- Ensure all products are properly labeled and stored safely
7:00 AM – 2:00 PM: Kitchen Operations
- Prepare and bread chicken according to Chick-fil-A standards
- Work various kitchen stations during breakfast and lunch
- Support food preparation and line production
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
- Work efficiently with the kitchen team during busy periods
Qualifications
- Must be reliable and punctual for early morning shifts
- Ability to lift and move boxes/products regularly
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented attitude
- Kitchen or restaurant experience preferred, but not required
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working in refrigerated and freezer areas as needed
