Key Responsibilities
- Guest Reception: Warmly greeting guests upon arrival and escorting them to tables.
- Seating Management: Strategically seating guests to balance table load among servers, ensuring efficient service.
- Waitlist Coordination: Providing accurate wait time estimates and managing the flow of guests during busy periods.
- Menu Management: Presenting menus, answering initial questions, and ensuring menus are clean and available.
- To-Gos: Dealing with to-gos and food delivery orders.
