Customer Service Advisor is responsible for interacting with clients and shop technicians to manage the workflow of power equipment repair and maintenance needs for our clients. This opportunity requires good communication skills and understanding of the Excel computer program. Candidates should have a good understanding of the lingo of common power equipment issues to construct work orders for needed repairs or maintenance. They must be able to explain technical repairs in understandable terms. They will be working closely with technicians to calculate repair times, construct accurate repair records, and maintain records of repair histories. They will be required to schedule appointments and coordinate with our delivery staff for pickups and drop-offs. They should be comfortable recommending the upselling of products or services. They must have the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
