Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Ensure the restaurant operates at the highest standards and complies with all regulations
- Execute store systems and maintain optimal equipment performance
- Meet budgeted sales and EBITDA objectives
- Attract, develop, and retain top talent
- Execute quality control programs and maintain food standards
Education/Experience:
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Hospitality preferred
- Minimum 5 years of restaurant experience with career progression
- Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, and restaurant systems
- Ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems efficiently, and understand P&L statements
- Focus on delivering exceptional guest service experiences
