Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for a Back Office Assistant at our Columbia, PA location. The Back Office Assistant will be responsible for various administrative and operational tasks including answering phones, processing paperwork, managing inventory records, performing data entry, and maintaining office supplies. Additionally, the role requires providing support to all other team members, assisting with customer service inquiries, and ensuring the efficient operation of the back office.
Qualifications
- Experience in Back Office Operations and Administrative Assistance
- Strong Analytical Skills and ability to solve problems effectively
- Excellent Communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams
- Customer Service experience and ability to provide support to customers and staff
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration is a plus
- Experience in retail or hardware industry is beneficial
