Human Resources Generalist

Immediate Opportunity at Bomberger's Store: Full Time Human Resources Generalist


We’re looking for an organized, people-focused HR professional to join our team as a Human Resources Generalist! 

 

In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting employees throughout their entire lifecycle — with a strong focus on recruitment and onboarding. You’ll help attract and welcome new team members, manage hiring processes, and ensure a smooth and positive start for every new employee. 

 

This position also supports day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining HRIS data, administering benefits, coordinating leave requests, and serving as a resource for employees and managers. If you enjoy balancing administrative work with meaningful employee interaction, this role offers a great opportunity to make an impact. 

 

We’re looking for someone with a combination of education and experience, which could include a degree in HR, a SHRM or HRCI certification and 2-4 years of related experience.  We’re also looking for someone who is detail-oriented, adaptable, and committed to providing excellent service. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing multiple priorities, navigating HR systems, interacting with all levels of the organization, and handling confidential information with professionalism.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or SHRM or HRCI certification and 2 to 4 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of training and experience.  
  • Knowledge of or familiarity with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems; knowledge of Internet software; Microsoft Excel, WORD and PowerPoint software, and Office 365.  
  • Ability to work full time, primarily on-site at our Lititz location.
  • Willingness to learn and navigate various vendor websites and apps.
  • Knowledge of Workstream and Paycor a plus but not required.
